We understand travel plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair.
30+ Days Before Departure – Eligible for a full refund (minus administrative charges).
15–29 Days Before Departure – 50% refund of the package cost.
7–14 Days Before Departure – 25% refund of the package cost.
Less than 7 Days Before Departure – Unfortunately, no refund can be issued.
Important: Certain bookings (such as flights, hotels, or special activities) may be strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will receive a full refund or the option to rebook without extra charges.
Failure to arrive on time for departure is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days via the original payment method.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover emergencies, medical issues, or unexpected cancellations.
