Travelers are responsible for meeting health, vaccination, and entry requirements.
Each tour package will clearly state what is included (flights, hotels, meals, guides) and excluded (personal expenses, visas, insurance).
Any change request (dates, destinations, upgrades) must be made in writing.
Additional fees may apply depending on supplier policies.
Elitewings Escapes acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Travelers must respect local customs, laws, and fellow travelers.
Elitewings Escapes reserves the right to remove disruptive travelers without refund.
